The position reports to the Chair of the Board of Directors. Aurora’s Headquarters are in Eagan, MN.  

The President for Minnesota Aurora is the chief executive of the organization, responsible for managing financial and governance operations, and acting as the primary liaison between the board, staff, fans, and external stakeholders.

The President serves as a trusted advisor and operational manager for Aurora, ensuring smooth execution of our priorities and initiatives. This includes driving and building revenue channels, budget management, coordinating communication across the organization, prioritizing and tracking projects and tasks, acting as a sounding board for ideas, and overseeing key projects. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate efficient growth, communicate effectively, implement process & systems
Act as a liaison between the internal staff, Board and others inside and outside the organization. Facilitate key projects within the organization.
Work with Aurora team to ensure board approved budget is met - keeping spend at or below budget and revenue at or above approved budget.
