The Chattanooga Red Wolves are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented coach to serve a dual role supporting the First Team and contributing to the Academy. This position is ideal for a coach who is hungry to grow, eager to work in a professional environment, and capable of wearing multiple hats across the club’s technical structure. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities – First Team (Primary Focus):

• Assist the Head Coach with planning, delivering, and evaluating all first-team training sessions.
• Provide individual, unit, and positional coaching to support player development.
• Lead or support video analysis, including match coding, clip preparation, pre-match presentations, and post-match reporting using Wyscout, Spiideo, and internal tools.
• Contribute to tactical planning, set-piece preparation, and opposition scouting.
