We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to support the delivery of the Manchester Coaches Programme, an exciting new initiative engaging and developing 100 community coaches who will inspire thousands of young players across the city.

You’ll help recruit, train and support aspiring coaches (aged 16+), working with local partners, schools and clubs to create impactful learning and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting programme delivery, administration and data tracking.

Coordinating tutors, mentors and delivery partners.

Maintaining strong communication and relationships with stakeholders.

Supporting marketing, communications and reporting.

About you:
You’ll be proactive, organised and passionate about sport, with experience in administration, coordination or programme support. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, and you’ll enjoy working with a wide range of people to make a difference in the basketball community.
