Minnesota Wind Chill’s Program Management Internship is a comprehensive training program created to prepare college students with a background or interest in sports, recreation, sports management, or a related field the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, manage and deliver various community programs.  Intern roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with our staff, team, coaches, volunteers, and community partners to deliver high-quality programs
• Assisting our team to ensure all facilities, equipment, and other materials are prepared for our programming
• Assisting with program and general team and foundation marketing and communications
• Establishing and documenting our program management and other core business processes to enable our work to be replicated at a high level
• Creating and launching a new tool to help evaluate and analyze our programming
• Developing and improving program curricula, resources and materials 
• Leading other special projects that will enhance the accessibility, impact and effectiveness of our programming
