Aqua Culture Swim MacPark is seeking an experienced and passionate Programs Manager to lead the administration, delivery, and ongoing development of our swim programs. About the Role

The Programs Manager is responsible for the overall operation of all Aqua Culture Swim programs, including Learn to Swim, Development, and Inclusive Swimming programs. You will lead and support Supervisors, Development Coaches, and Casual Swimming Teachers and Coaches, ensuring programs are delivered in line with Aqua Culture Swim levels, outcomes, and operating procedures.
