Project Coordinator, Enterprise - Atlanta Hawks
The Project Coordinator, Enterprise will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Enterprise Sales and Partnership Development & Insights teams. This entry-level role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of client engagements, internal processes, and enterprise initiatives across Centennial Yards, Live Nation, future JSA/JV relationships, and other Business Enterprise platforms.
The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including notetaking, follow-up, and project management of action items from client calls and internal meetings. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling meetings and on-site visits, managing digital signage scheduling and reporting, supporting CRM/KORE operations, and assisting in the creation of storytelling materials, proposals, and proof-of-performance reports. This role will work closely with the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales, VP of Partnership Development & Insights, Manager of Partnership Development, and the entire Global Partnerships team to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
