The ITIA has a requirement for a Project manager (available immediately) to lead an office relocation project from planning through to execution and post-move support. Coordinate stakeholders, controls, timelines and ensure a smooth transition for around 50 staff with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of the office relocation, including planning, risk, management, scheduling and execution
- Develop and own the project milestones and move logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Communications) and external vendors (removals, fit-out contractors, IT/cabling, cleaners)
