We seek personnel to assist with track prep, various areas of the staging lanes, and on the drag strip (ready line, water box, and start line) at the World Wide Technology Raceway during the Napa Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals.  As a member of the Race Operations Team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. Your job will be to keep our fans, racers, and crew members safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. The race is the weekend of September 26-28th and entails work which can include long hours (12-14+) outside in potentially extreme weather, and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must be flexible with meal periods.  
• Must be able to enforce policies and procedures, including start line policies, to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
