The Job
We seek personnel to assist with track prep, various areas of the staging lanes, and on the drag strip (ready line, water box, and start line) at race events during the season (March-November). As a member of the Race Operations Team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. During oval events, this may include assisting with pit traffic and inspections on competition vehicles. There is potential to be asked to operate a tractor or ATV. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. This entails weekday, evenings, and weekend work which can include long and irregular hours (12-14+) outside in potentially extreme weather, and in a fast-paced environment.
*Note: US Nationals is Labor Day weekend and is a required workday.
