The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club is looking for a talented and dedicated sailor to fill the post of Race Coach (predominantly ILCA/ Laser) and Bosun at Middle Island (MI). Responsibilities to be apportioned as required.

This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Middle Island Sailing and Marine Manager and working alongside the Race Development Manager and Sail Centre Manager; the successful applicant will be responsible for inspiring our club racing sailors (Shark Squad) to improve and raise the standard of racing performance at local, regional and international events.
