A vacancy has arisen for a Race & Travel Coordinator to report into the Travel Manager – Race & Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost effective provision and administration of travel and accommodation services to support the team’s corporate and competitive objectives.

Key Accountabilities (Duties):

• Production and publication of the travel itinerary (including preparation of the itinerary document, welcome letters and E-Tickets).

• Completion of the flight manifest including input of passenger details and submission to airlines.

• Completion of the rooming list including submission of the list to hotels. Co-ordinate the arrival of the team and any VIPs.
