Position Summary

The Referee Educator is responsible for developing, training, and supporting basketball referees to ensure high standards of officiating. This role focuses on delivering education programs, mentoring officials, and promoting consistent interpretation and application of the rules of basketball. This Primary/Senior Educator plays a key role in referee development pathways and helps improve the overall quality of officiating within the organisation.

This is a part time or casual position.

This role reports to our Officials Manager and General Manager.
