Purpose of Role

To lead and integrate the Regional Talent delivery into a nationally coherent “Basketball Pathway,” aligned with the GB Way, Player Development Framework (PDF), and 3x3 integration.

The RTM will manage regional performance delivery, workforce, player tracking, and support structures to ensure a clear, data-informed, and high-performing pathway from grassroots to GB representation.
