As the Regulation and Standards Administrator, you will deliver high-quality operational support to educational stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of registration, certification, and quality assurance activities. You will work in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures, on behalf of the Awarding Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to approved training centres, educators, consultants, regions, and learners, supporting their regulatory needs and learner success.

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with third parties to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Monitor and allocate Course Admin emails and phone calls to ensure efficient responses and resolution of queries.

  • Register and validate courses for all SEQ qualifications and CPDs, ensuring all necessary processes are followed.

  • Oversee the end-to-end learner awarding process, from course approval to registrations and certifications, ensuring data accuracy in line with internal procedures.

  • Support the scheduling and coordination of assessments, standardisation, and quality assurance activities when needed.

  • Track and maintain budgets, assisting with accurate processing and reconciliation of invoices.

  • Log and manage complaints, malpractice, enquiries, appeals, and other incidents as appropriate.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them as required.

  • Generate and maintain data reports for monitoring, communication, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Stay updated with the latest Ofqual, Qualifications Wales, and relevant regulatory frameworks to support operational processes.

  • Carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the role, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
