The Residential Staff are a central operational role within the FC Bayern Academy San Diego. Reporting directly to the Senior Academy Administrator, this person ensures the safety, wellbeing, and development of players. These team members will coordinate leisure-time activities and serve as a primary point of contact for players and parents.

Activity Coordination
Plan and execute team-building activities, cultural events, and off-pitch programs for players in collaboration with FC Bayern Academy staff
Organize structured homework, study, and tutoring sessions
Monitor and support players’ academic performance in close coordination with Senior Academy Administrator
Promote personal development – supporting players in building life skills, self-discipline, time management, and resilience
