Step into the world of baseball with the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes! We're seeking enthusiastic and driven college students to join our Fall 2025 “Rookie” Internship Program. As a proud member of the Prospect League, we offer our interns (“rookies”) a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain real-world experience in the fast-paced environment of a summer collegiate baseball organization.

Whether you're interested in sports management, event planning, marketing, or community relations, this internship gives you hands-on experience that will prepare you for a future in the sports industry.

What You'll Do: As a Rookie, your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

·        Assisting with off-season team operations and planning

·        Supporting community outreach initiatives and events

·        Creating and scheduling engaging social media content

·        Coordinating ticketing and group outing communications

·        Participating in marketing and promotional efforts

·        Helping with merchandise organization and fulfillment

·        Collaborating on special projects with the front office team

·        Attending team meetings and learning the inner workings of a sports franchise
