We are now recruiting for a Route Manager to join the growing Operations Team.

The Route Manager will focus on race route planning for selected stages of the Tour de France Grand Depart and or Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift Grand Depart.

Working with the Race Route Lead, the Route Manager will manage and co-ordinate stakeholders for the delivery of the event and oversee the planning and delivery of their selected race routes to ensure a fully closed and secure race route is provided for the race.

What will you be doing?

As Route Manager, you will focus on race route planning for agreed stages of the Tour de France Grand Depart 2027 and/or Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift Grand Depart 2027.

This role will support the Race Route Lead to manage and co-ordinate local authorities, highways authorities and all other key stakeholders primarily responsible for the delivery of a race ready closed road route.

The successful candidate will be a key liaison between Grand Depart GB 2027 and Police forces, other Emergency Services, local Safety Advisory Groups and several key delivery contractors and suppliers for each stage.
