Rowing Professional & Boat Club Administrator – St Paul’s School
St Paul’s School is seeking a motivated Rowing Professional & Boat Club Administrator to support their high-performing rowing programme
This varied role combines leading coaching for a year group with the day-to-day administration of the Boat Club, including organising training, races and logistics. You will work closely with the Director of Rowing, contribute to a collaborative coaching environment, and help ensure the safe and effective running of all activities.
About the Role
The aim of St Paul’s Boat Club is to provide a safe, supportive and high quality competitive rowing programme for the pupils of St Paul’s School. The role of the Rowing Professional and Boat Club Administrator is to support this aim in accordance with the School’s and Boat Club’s policies under the line management of the Director of Rowing and the direction of the President of the Boat Club.
The Rowing Professional and Boat Club Administrator will act as lead coach for a year group and take responsibility for the administration of the Boat Club including primary responsibility for all safety aspects of the Boat Club’s activities.
