Westfields Sports High School is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Rugby League Coach to contribute to the continued success of our Talented Sports Program.

This role presents an outstanding opportunity to work within a high-performance sports school environment, supporting the development of both boys’ and girls’ Rugby League programs. The successful applicant will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and student-athlete development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction across the school’s boys’ and girls’ Rugby League programs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions aligned to program philosophy and technical frameworks.
• Develop positional attributes and core rugby league skills across multiple year groups.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure alignment in systems, methodology, and performance standards.
• Attend and contribute to training sessions, matches, team meetings, and staff meetings.
• Assist with video analysis, performance review processes, and individual player development.
• Uphold school behavioural expectations and contribute positively to student wellbeing and culture.
