The Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Sales, Event Sales Managers and Senior Account Executive of Group Tours. They will assist in day-to-day management of our CRM and database systems

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of CRM systems utilized by sales, catering, accounting and operations teams
• Manage and communicate system updates
• Communicate with customer service reps at Momentus directly on open ticket items, upcoming changes to the system, and upgrades/changes needed
• Reporting capabilities for Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales on a case-by-case basis
