Hoops Capital seeks an experienced Business Development Manager - Premium Seating to lead the growth and management of our premium seating offerings across Sydney Kings and Sydney Flames operations. This dynamic role combines strategic B2B sales with hands-on client relationship management and game day operations, offering the unique opportunity to work with corporate partners while delivering world-class VIP experiences.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key and vital role in:

  • Premium Sales & Revenue Growth - Execute outbound sales activities and B2B strategies to secure new premium seating clients, corporate partners, and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
  • Client Relationship Excellence - Service premium members and corporate partners as primary point of contact, managing expectations, conducting regular check-ins, and driving retention through exceptional service delivery
  • Game Day Operations Leadership - Manage Event Day Requirements coordination, prepare comprehensive Game Day Guides, and liaise with venue to ensure seamless premium experiences
  • Strategic Partnership Development - Build and maintain strong sales pipeline through prospecting, identify new revenue opportunities, and develop relationships with key stakeholders for upselling
  • Premium Experience Delivery - Oversee on-site premium seating operations during events, coordinate logistics including wristbands, entry lists, and car parking to ensure service excellence
