Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in Fan Experiences, Pre-Game Performances/Events, Membership Events, as well as coordinate and manage large group activities.
- Manage and lead components of event planning to ensure quality experiences for ticket holders and season ticket members.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhance the guest experience by answering questions, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring a safe and clean stadium.
- Supports in the execution of promotional ticket experiences and campaigns which includes managing inventory of sales resources, assembling prize packs, and distributing giveaways.
- Collaborate in small and large team settings, often between multiple departments.
- Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
