The Scholarship S&C coach will design and deliver an age-appropriate athletic development programme for the U15 and U16 scholarship players. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing robust, resilient, and physically capable athletes, whilst promoting long-term player development and supporting the club’s performance pathway.

The role requires an enthuastic coach who can build positive relationships with young athletes, coaches, and parents, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and player welfare.
