As a ticket operations coordinator you will be working closely with ticket sales and marketing departments to help manage ticketing accounts, build ticket offers, and run reports. In this position you will be required to work events such as Atlanta Hawks games, Skyhawks games and State Farm Arena concerts and events. Customer service skills and the ability to solve problems are a must. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to have a high attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
