We are seeking a Senior Development Coach to work alongside our Director of Swimming to lead the County squads and manage the club’s development programme. This programme is at the heart of the club that enables swimmers to take their swimming to the next level and achieve their goals of county, regional and national performances.  The right candidate would also support the Director of Swimming and the Trustees in the planning, structure and development of the club to ensure we adhere to our values of being an inclusive club that supports everyone in swimming.

The part-time role will comprise approximately 20 hours of poolside coaching per week, plus land training, some (3-5 hours/week) work off-deck (planning, preparation, communications etc) and attendance at a weekly coaches meeting. We anticipate that the right candidate would be willing to get involved in competitions, squad socials, club awards nights and other activities.
