Columbus Crew is seeking a Senior Director, Stadium Operations that will be responsible for the daily activities required to run, maintain and service Lower.Com Field, Historic Crew Stadium and Ohio Health Performance Center.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct and supervises all aspects of Facility and Stadium Operations Team
• Assist in the direction of proper training for all appropriate operations teams on building management and safety.
• Develop, manage, and update department policies and procedures. o Work with City and State officials to ensure compliance with codes and other protocols. o Manage, monitor, and execute all necessary building inspections.
• Oversight and management of Stadium Operations contracts and service agreements. o Housekeeping, logistics, waste management, elevator services, pest control, fire safety, stadium snow removal, etc.
