The Washington Commanders are seeking a high performer to join our Strategy Department as a Senior Manager. This individual will play a central role in shaping the organization's long-term direction and solving its most complex strategic challenges. You will work directly with senior leadership across all major business units, bringing a rigorous, analytical, and structured approach to high-impact initiatives.

This is an opportunity for a consultant with 3 - 6 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm to transition into a high-impact internal strategy role. You’ll join a small, fast-paced team operating like an internal consulting group, focused on solving the most complex issues the business faces. Prior experience in sports is a plus but not expected.
