As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead TFA’s national marketing strategy and operations. This includes digital and content marketing, branding, audience engagement, campaign execution, and event promotion. You will guide a high-performing marketing team and work closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance the visibility and impact of the sport.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all business units
- Oversee national brand governance and creative direction
- Drive digital marketing, performance campaigns, and content creation
- Manage social media strategy and audience engagement across platforms
- Support commercial activations, events marketing, and participation growth
- Use data and insights to improve marketing performance and audience targeting
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a creative and collaborative marketing team
