As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead TFA’s national marketing strategy and operations. This includes digital and content marketing, branding, audience engagement, campaign execution, and event promotion. You will guide a high-performing marketing team and work closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance the visibility and impact of the sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all business units
  • Oversee national brand governance and creative direction
  • Drive digital marketing, performance campaigns, and content creation
  • Manage social media strategy and audience engagement across platforms
  • Support commercial activations, events marketing, and participation growth
  • Use data and insights to improve marketing performance and audience targeting
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a creative and collaborative marketing team
