As one of the country’s first-class county clubs, we’re proud to compete at the highest level across all formats of the game.

Our Science and Medicine department is dedicated to delivering elite medical and performance support to both our professional and academy squads. You’ll be working within a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team (MDT) that includes physiotherapists, sport and exercise medicine doctors, strength and conditioning coaches, psychologists, and nutritionists — with additional input from specialist consultants when needed. This is an environment where collaboration, innovation, and positivity are at the heart of everything we do.
