The Senior Representative Manager is responsible for the administration and coordination of up to six senior representative teams competing within Basketball Queensland and NBL1 competitions.

Working closely with coaches, athletes, team staff, volunteers, sponsors, Basketball Queensland, NBL1 North and Association leadership, the Senior Representative Manager ensures the successful delivery of all senior representative programs from coach recruitment and annual planning through to season completion and program review.

The role incorporates responsibility for:

• Representative program planning and delivery
• Coach recruitment and appointment processes
• Budget preparation and financial monitoring
• Sponsorship administration and fulfilment
• Registration, compliance and eligibility management
• Draw mediation and scheduling coordination
