The Senior Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for conducting research and analysis across all areas of compensation and benefits, including market benchmarking, compensation statistics, and trends. This role partners with stakeholders to evaluate jobs and classifications, prepare and assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, labor laws, and benefits initiatives. In addition, the Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and adjust salary structures, shape the benefits strategy, and develop competitive compensation packages.
