The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and developing our competitive WAG program, including:

• Coaching athletes across our WAG competitive pathways
• Designing and implementing structured training programs
• Preparing and supporting gymnasts at competitions
• Building strong, professional relationships with athletes, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to a collaborative coaching team and broader program development
