Service Delivery Manager - Rowing Queensland Limited
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the coordinated delivery of Rowing Queensland’s operational and event services. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role leads the team that manages regatta delivery, safety systems, event sanctioning, stakeholder communication, and post-event reviews. It oversees day-to-day service operations, maintains compliance with safety requirements, supports consistent event standards, and ensures timely responses to member and stakeholder needs.
The Service Delivery Manager ensures that Rowing Queensland events and operational functions run to standard and that participants, volunteers, clubs, schools, and partners receive reliable and well-managed services throughout the year.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the events, operations and membership team, oversee Regatta secretary services and training, oversee the coordination of official and volunteer work groups
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Events Team, serve as the primary liaison between events team and regatta host and relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate agreements between regatta hosts and the governing body, ensuring mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities
