Roles and Responsibilities

Teaching:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across all levels (baby swim to competition).
• Lead by example, following the MSA curriculum.

Staff Supervision and Program Management:

• Oversee teachers and coaches, scheduling sessions and managing the swim program.
• Build and develop a strong teaching team to support growth.
• Share timetables and schemes of work before each term.
• Run pre-session briefings and post-class debriefs with accurate records.
