As an integral member of our Special Events team, this position will coordinate and organize all aspects of Special Events at Providence Park. This includes planning non-gameday special event logistics and room setups, serving as an onsite Event Lead, involvement in gameday operations, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions/ Major Responsibilities (in order of importance):
Special Events
- Event Planning – in coordination with the Event Coordinator, oversee all planning, logistics, and execution of internal and external special events at the stadium. This includes lead up meetings with clients, staffing, layout and menu planning, and operational execution.
- Event Staffing – work with Fan Experience to communicate all Event Staffing needs and timing for every event at Providence Park.
- Event Lead - serve as on-site lead and point of contact for events taking place at Providence Park. Ensure all event spaces are set correctly, oversee Event Staff placement and timing, and manage all events from start to finish.
