The Special Events Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all non-game day events at the Wilson Warbirds Stadium including but not limited to concerts, corporate outings, fundraisers, festivals, and private functions.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute non-baseball events including concerts, festivals, private parties, corporate functions, and community events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for special event clients from inquiry through execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event setup, staffing, operations, and breakdown.
- Develop creative event concepts and tailor packages to clients’ needs to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Write, review, and execute event contracts, ensuring all terms are clear, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.
- Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, coordinate billing and invoicing, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation post-event.
