Cranleigh School in Surrey is seeking a Sports Centre Duty Manager and Swim Lead. This role requires an individual who can confidently run daily sports-centre operations while leading and growing a learn-to-swim programme that serves children and the local community. You will also combine shift-based facility management, customer care and health and safety oversight with delivery and development of Swim Academy provision and commercial activity to increase pool usage.
