Sports Coach, Netball - Ardingly College
Are you passionate about Netball and eager to share your enthusiasm with young players? Ardingly College is looking for a dedicated and energetic Sports Coach (Netball) to support our Games department. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves sport and is keen to develop their coaching career in a supportive and dynamic school environment. Whether you're just starting out or looking to build on your early coaching experience, we welcome your application.
What You’ll Do:
Coach Netball across both our Senior and Prep School programmes.
Encourage and support pupils’ progress and well-being through sport.
Help organise and attend Saturday fixtures, contributing to the wider sporting
life of the school.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong background in playing Netball, with a real passion for the game.
Some experience in coaching or umpiring (ideally three years or more), but
we’re open to those with less experience who show potential and commitment.
A Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification (or working towards it), or equivalent
practical experience. A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work well in a busy team. Great communication skills and a genuine interest in working with young people. Whether you’ve coached at County level or are ready to take your first steps into school sport, this role offers a chance to make a real impact and grow as a coach.
