In this new and exciting role, the Club Psychologist, reporting to the Head of Science and Medicine, will provide performance psychology plus mental health and wellbeing support services to Yorkshire County Cricket Club’s players across Men’s and Women’s Senior and Academy programmes. This role will be pivotal in providing the highest standard of psychology provision with the aim to maximise player adaptability, resilience, wellbeing and skill execution.

The role will require a committed individual with a passion for elite sports performance able to demonstrate versatile communication, relationship building and excellent clinical practices to work across Yorkshire’s playing staff from young, aspiring cricketers to senior internationals. The department’s philosophy also requires practitioners to be team orientated and willing to commit to this high potential project.
