The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking a motivated and hands-on Stadium Operations Assistant for the upcoming season. This role provides comprehensive experience in facility operations management and daily ballpark operations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Assistant General Manager, Operations during Scrappers home games and special events at Eastwood Field
Collaborate with the Cleaning Supervisor to maintain a clean and safe ballpark environment
Ensure the ballpark is properly set up according to schedule before gates open
Learn and assist with ballpark operating systems 
Support game day operations and special events as needed
