Operations interns are the backbone of the organization.  They are responsible for what the fans see and hear as they enter the venue.  They create the first and lasting impression for our customers.  Ops interns are an active part of the many facets of running a college summer baseball organization. Primary responsibilities include all elements of preparing the stadium for gamedays, friendly, professional interactions with all fans, coaches, players, and fellow staff members. Providing first-rate customer service, maintaining a clean facility that is safe and family oriented. Suggesting ways to improve our operations.
