Deakin Ducks FC is seeking an experienced, driven, and forward-thinking Senior Coach to lead our State League Men’s Team for the 2026 season. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality football program that aligns with the club’s values of community, inclusivity, and technical excellence.

The Senior Coach will oversee all aspects of first team operations - including training, matchday leadership, and player development - while working collaboratively with the reserves and coaching staff. A focus on building a strong team culture, improving individual player performance, and implementing a clear tactical identity is essential.
