WAIS is looking for a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to help athletes build the physical capabilities needed to excel and reach their performance goals within our Kayaking and Cycling Programs. This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), offered on a maximum term contract until December 2028, with potential for extension.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, your key responsibilities include:
- Coaching athletes to achieve physical performance standards for Pinnacle Event podium finishes and/or senior team graduation.
- Tracking and monitoring progress against physical training variables, using objective data to inform decisions.
- Leading strength and conditioning planning within assigned programs, ensuring development aligns with the Win Well ethos.
- Supporting the Strength and Conditioning Lead to drive practice standards across the organisation.
