Assist the front office staff of the Marlins in all user support needs. Provide support for spring training facility, game days and events as needed. This is an entry level help desk position.
Essential Functions:
- Ownership of complete IT help desk functionality
- Provide tier 1 support for the IT help desk. Must have ability to triage issues and know when to escalate to other team members.
- Management and maintenance of KACE help desk software solution
- Working knowledge of Adaxes software platform a plus
- Assist in desktop and server deployments as necessary
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist in all IT initiatives
