The Special Events Manager leads the planning and execution of all special events at Sutter Health Park — from sales and budgeting to vendor coordination, permitting, and staffing. Working directly with clients, the manager ensures seamless logistics and collaborates with internal teams including Food & Beverage, Facilities, Guest Services, Security, Partnerships, and Marketing. They also manage the facility calendar and communicate event details during weekly stakeholder meetings, supporting both special events and baseball operations.
