Corporate Health Management is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Sanctuary Lakes Recreation Club in Point Cook, Victoria. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults in a fun, safe and engaging environment. This is a casual role with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering structured swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Assessing students' swimming skills and developing personalised lesson plans to help them improve
• Ensuring the safety of students in the water at all times
• Providing encouragement and motivation to help students progress and achieve their goals
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Assisting with the setup and pack-up of the swimming pool area
