Carlile Swim has been a world leader in aquatic education for almost 80 years. Forbes Carlile was Australia’s first Olympic swimming coach, wife Ursula the only woman to be the head coach of the Australian Swimming Team. Both are in the International Swimming Hall of Fame. Carlile started Australia’s first commercial swim school, built the first indoor teaching pool for toddlers and pioneered teaching babies to swim.

With support from the Carlile Support Office, you will build, lead and inspire a great team, a team that delivers exceptional experiences every day. You will deliver a world renowned program proven to help children learn to swim well and love the water.

The Role and You

• You will be the leader of your swim school, ultimately responsible for customer and team satisfaction, growth in bookings and the efficient delivery of an outstanding learn to swim program.
• You will be an inclusive leader of a team of full time, permanent part time and casual staff. You will build a culture where team members love coming to work, creating an environment where success becomes inevitable.
• In this hands on leadership role, you will oversee swim program delivery, support the development of swim teachers and manage daily operations to ensure an exceptional experience for students, staff and families.
