We are seeking a reliable and customer focused Swim School Coordinator to lead our weekend operations. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working with families, supporting a team, and keeping a busy swim school running smoothly.

As the senior staff member on deck over the weekend, you will be the key point of contact for customers, staff and students, and will play an important part in maintaining a safe, welcoming and well organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, with in-depth knowledge of our programs and certificate systems
• Lead the weekend team, including rostering and arranging staff covers as needed
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in line with the swim school General Manager's guidelines
• Oversee weekend program delivery, prioritising the needs of customers, staff and students
• Uphold child safety and supervision standards at all times while on deck
