The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering structured, high-quality training sessions that improve swimmer performance, technical ability, and confidence.

The role aims to raise the standard of competitive training by providing technical feedback, motivation, and consistent session delivery. The coach will help create a positive, inclusive, and performance-focused training environment while supporting swimmer development and retention.

The coach will also work closely with the club committee, taking responsibility for delivering training sessions and supporting the club’s aims and objectives for the academic year.
