We are working towards our three key priorities outlined in our strategy; to support and grow the sport to make cycling more inclusive and accessible, to lead on the world stage by winning and winning well, and to drive social impact by tackling inequalities through providing opportunities.

About the Talent Team

Our British Cycling Talent Development Team identifies and nurtures cycling talent with the potential to progress towards the Great Britain Cycling Team and, ultimately, success on the Olympic, Paralympic and world stage. We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Inclusion Team Leader to lead and shape how we identify cycling potential beyond our traditional pathways, reach communities currently under represented within cycling and remove the barriers that can prevent talented people from accessing and progressing within our sport.
